Please read these terms carefully before using the 34bd platform — they form a binding agreement between you and us.
1. General Provisions
1.1 Formation of Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 34bd online gaming platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and any user of this site ("you", "member"). - Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account termination.

2.2 Identity Verification
34bd reserves the right to verify your identity. You may be asked to provide a national ID card, passport, or other official documents if required. Withdrawal privileges may be restricted until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Suspension or Termination
34bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice for any of the following reasons:
- Providing false or misleading information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Misuse of bonuses or promotional offers
- Attempting to manipulate the system or software
- Violating any provision of these terms
- Activities that break applicable laws in Bangladesh
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on the 34bd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
- Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Deposit amounts are generally credited to your account instantly.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
After successfully completing deposits and betting, you may withdraw your winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
- 34bd reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if fraud is suspected.
3.3 Currency and Fees
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 34bd does not charge any transaction fees itself; however, your payment provider may apply fees according to their own policies — for which 34bd is not responsible.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement to claim the bonus is 10x (on the bonus amount only).
Example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳32,000.
- For a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 (৳1,000 × 10) before withdrawing the bonus.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Winnings earned using a bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
- Misuse or attempted manipulation of bonuses may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.
- Each promotion may have specific terms that will be published on the relevant offer page.
- 34bd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
4.3 VIP Program
34bd has five VIP tiers. You can move up to a higher tier automatically through regular play. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
5.1 General Gaming Terms
All games on the 34bd platform are conducted fairly and impartially. The outcome of any game is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- Each game has its own rules — it is advisable to read them carefully before starting a game.
- If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical error in the system, the relevant bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.
- Any attempt to rig game outcomes, hack software, or use any unfair method will result in immediate account termination.
5.2 Sports Betting Terms
The following terms apply when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:
- Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason (except as provided by specific rules).
- If a match or event is cancelled before the scheduled time, bets will be settled according to the platform's prevailing policy.
- Using insider information to place bets before the official result of a sports event is announced (insider betting) is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Live Casino

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining valid balance (excluding bonuses) at the time of account closure will be returned to your payment method, provided that identity verification and all withdrawal conditions have been met.
34bd may also terminate the agreement and cancel the account without notice in the event of a breach of terms.
10.3 Severability
If any provision of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, that provision will be removed and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
